Archvision Studio is dedicated to good quality architectural design . We ensure the optimal development of the construction, from concept to the construction details. We are flexible and diverse in our approach to each project design. Our Workflow follows 5 important phases:
PRE-DESIGN
Creating projects that reflect the vision of the client, requires getting to know them on a personal level, understanding their needs, personality and style. Custom design is really that ”custom”. Open dialogue, meetings and site visits help us to know the client even better, the site and overall the project requirements and regulations. This way we can develop a complete program outline for the project.
CONCEPT + SCHEMATIC DESIGN
This is the most important phase of the project. In this phase we establish together with the client the bigger shape of the building , the main directions we need to follow and the main particularities regarding the architectural design. In this phase we will talk on plan sketches, elevations , diagrams and even schematic 3D models. We will discuss also about surfaces , materials and functionality.
3D MODEL + DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
This is the most beautiful phase of the project. On this phase we will make a 3d representation of your project, where, togheter with you, we will make the final decisions regarding the shape of the building ,materials, plans and elevations and other important aspects. The beautiful part of 3D is that we can make changes and vizualize them on the fly, till we have the final image of the future construction.
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION
At the beginning of this phase the overall design is virtually complete and it’s time for the architect to fully document and detail the project. In this phase we will draw all the technical boards of the project. These include site plan, floor plans, elevations, building sections, ceiling plans, door and window details, building details and everything needed for authorization of the project and for the construction phase.
CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION
Once the building is under construction, Archvision Studio will attend meetings on important phases with the builder to ensure the design is being constructed accordingly with the construction documentation. We will still provide architectural services, like consultancy and drawing particular building details, if needed.
